While my wife was at graduate school for the afternoon, I went out to a nearby state park in celebration of my 24th birthday. I wanted to go somewhere new to take photos, so I did some quick research and found McKinney Falls State Park in Austin, Texas. It was perfect for a little outing.
The images started out as simple photos of rock structures and their relation to the surrounding water. It wasn't until I started editing them that I decided to take a more abstract approach to them.
